After working with various travel companies, our founder noticed a recurring problem—clients would often call  during their trips, frustrated because they weren’t getting what he had promised. This wasn’t due to any false promises on salesperson part, but rather the communication gaps between the sales and operations teams. Our co- founder realized this disconnect was negatively impacting the client’s experience, and it could easily be fixed. That’s when he decided to start Take a Break.
