    This 7-night, 8-day private journey traverses the distinct ecosystems of Northeast India, linking the high plateaus and river gorges of Meghalaya with the wildlife plains of Assam. Covering Cherrapunji, Dawki, Mawlynnong, Jowai, the offbeat cloud valleys of Nongjrong, Shillong, and Kaziranga National Park, this itinerary pairs major regional highlights with secluded limestone caverns and scenic cultural stops.

    Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati – Transfer to Cherrapunji

    • Distance / Travel Time: Approx. 300 km | 7–8 hours

    • Arrive at Guwahati Airport, receive a meet-and-greet transfer, and begin the ascending drive into the Khasi Hills toward Cherrapunji.

    • En Route Stop: Umiam Lake (Barapani) for panoramic vistas of pine-fringed water and optional boating.

    • Sightseeing: Stop at Mawkdok Dympep Viewpoint, followed by Seven Sisters Falls (subject to arrival time and light conditions).
