    Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati – Transfer to Cherrapunji

    • Distance / Travel Time: Approx. 300 km | 7–8 hours

    • Arrive at Guwahati Airport, meet your private chauffeur, and begin the ascending drive into Meghalaya's Khasi Hills toward Cherrapunji (Sohra).

    • En Route Stop: Umiam Lake (Barapani) for panoramic vistas of pine-fringed hills and optional lakeside boating.

    • Sightseeing En Route: Mawkdok Dympep Valley Viewpoint, followed by a stop at Seven Sisters Falls (subject to arrival time and light).

    Day 2: Cherrapunji – Dawki – Mawlynnong – Jowai

    • Distance / Travel Time: Approx. 180 km | 6–7 hours (including sightseeing stops)

    • Depart post breakfast for Dawki to experience the Umngot River during the morning when transparency is at its peak.

    • Optional country boat ride on the crystal waters, followed by a visit to the India–Bangladesh border viewpoint.

    • Drive to Mawlynnong Village; walk across the single-decker Living Root Bridge, ascend the bamboo skywalk, and see the balancing rock.

    • Continue through the Jaintia Hills to Jowai for hotel check-in.

    • Overnight: Jowai.

    Day 3: Excursion to Krem Chympe & Phe Phe Falls (or Krang Suri Alternative)

    • Embark on an expedition toward Krem Chympe, an offbeat limestone cave system and turquoise river pool accessed via 4x4 trails, boat rides, and nature walks.

    • Visit Phe Phe Falls, a secluded two-tier cascade surrounded by wilderness.

    • Alternative Leisure Route: Guests preferring a relaxed schedule can replace the rugged Krem Chympe track with a combined excursion to Phe Phe Falls and Krang Suri Waterfall.

    Day 4: Jowai – Nongjrong

    • Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before taking a scenic drive through the countryside toward the remote village of Nongjrong.

    • Check into a local village homestay.

    Day 5: Nongjrong Sunrise – Shillong

    • Distance / Travel Time: Approx. 120 km | 4 hours

    • Early morning wake-up call to witness the Nongjrong sunrise, where dense morning clouds carpet the valley below.

    • Return for breakfast, check out, and drive toward Shillong.

    • Sightseeing en route/on arrival: Shillong Peak, Ward’s Lake, and the Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians (time permitting).

    • Evening visit to Police Bazaar for shopping and local cafés.

    • Overnight: Shillong.

    Day 6: Shillong Sightseeing

    • Full day exploring the urban and natural landmarks of the "Scotland of the East":

      • Elephant Falls, Lady Hydari Park, and local artisan markets.

      • Optional educational visits: Don Bosco Museum of Indigenous Cultures or the Air Force Museum.

    • Evening at leisure.

    • Overnight: Shillong.

    Day 7: Shillong – Kaziranga National Park

    • Distance / Travel Time: Approx. 270 km | 6–7 hours

    • After breakfast, descend the Khasi Hills onto the floodplains of Assam to reach Kaziranga.

    • Check into your jungle resort.

    • Evening visit to the Kaziranga Orchid & Biodiversity Park to experience indigenous flora, regional handicrafts, and traditional Assamese folk dance performances.

    • Overnight: Kaziranga.

    Day 8: Kaziranga – Guwahati Departure

    • Distance / Travel Time: Approx. 220 km | 5–6 hours

    • Optional early morning wildlife Jeep Safari in Kaziranga National Park (subject to operating season).

    • Breakfast, check out, and begin the drive back to Guwahati.

    • En route, visit the sacred Maa Kamakhya Devi Temple atop Nilachal Hill (flight schedule permitting).

    • Transfer to Guwahati Airport for departure.
