3-Day Jaisalmer Desert & Heritage Tour

A compact 3-day itinerary highlighting the golden fort, the abandoned village of Kuldhara, sand dunes camping, and Tanot Mata temple.

• Day 1: Arrival in Jaisalmer & Local Sightseeing

  Arrive in Jaisalmer and visit Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon Ki Haveli, Nathmal Ki Haveli, and enjoy a sunset boat ride at Gadisar Lake.

  Overnight: Jaisalmer

• Day 2: Bada Bagh, Kuldhara & Sam Sand Dunes

  Visit the cenotaphs at Bada Bagh and the abandoned "ghost village" of Kuldhara. Drive to Sam Sand Dunes (~40 km) for a camel/jeep safari, sunset over the dunes, folk dance performance, and dinner under the stars.

  Overnight: Desert Camp, Sam Sand Dunes

• Day 3: Tanot Mata Temple, Longewala & Departure

  Drive to Tanot Mata Temple near the Indo-Pak border and visit the Longewala War Memorial (time permitting) before drop-off at Jaisalmer Railway Station.
